The Blood Brothers Selvedge Denim is a limited-edition collaboration between Rose Anvil and Naked & Famous Denim. Custom-engineered in Japan, this heavyweight 20oz raw denim features a reactive blood-red core yarn rope-dyed in deep indigo over a black weft — crafted specifically to reveal a striking red fade as the indigo wears down.

How does the red fade develop?

The warp yarn is dyed deep red at its core before being rope-dyed in indigo. As you wear the denim, friction and creasing wear the indigo down and expose the vivid red center — the same reveal-through-wear character as Rose Anvil Blood Core leather, which is exactly why the two were made for each other. The black weft keeps the interior dark to match.
